We have what we need for winter! Babette offers, depending on the level of snow cover, star-shaped snowshoeing outings around the Horizons du Lac in the afternoon. An initiatory journey through the history of the valley and its preserved natural heritage. Discover its great diversity of fauna and flora and the life of the valley bottom hamlets. For all nature lovers, breathe the pure mountain air and enjoy the magnificent panorama of the snow-covered heights. Treat yourself to a 2-hour enchanted break on the site.

As soon as the snow melts, learn this new form of sports to take care of your body, while enjoying the benefits of nature.
This is another concept of walking. It combines in a pleasant way a work of endurance accessible to all and a natural strengthening of the whole body. The session begins with a warm-up, learning dynamic walking and ends with stretching. This 2-hour activity will provide you with unforgettable sensations in an exceptional environment. No better way to clear your head (the session is organized once a week by our professional Babette).

Revitalize yourself with the Afghan march near Lake Serre-Ponçon

In spring and autumn, discover the Afghan walk, to stimulate your body and mind in the middle of a green setting. It is a matter of synchronizing your breathing with your steps, according to the rhythms of walking. This practice allows you to refocus and evacuate the stress of daily life, far from the hustle and bustle of cities. This walk has many psycho-bodily benefits, including improved blood circulation through heart stimulation. This hiking approach allows you to get back in shape while sparing your body. (The session takes place twice a week and lasts from 2:00 to 3:00).

Go for a hike in the breathtaking alpine landscapes, a remarkable fauna and an exceptional flora for the duration of a hike, accompanied by our guide. During these walks, immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage that has marked the history of the city and its surroundings. (These walks are organized twice a week and last from 2:00 to 3:00 am during the fall, summer and spring)
